Last Tuesday (30 Jan 2024), Bark Bank had the incredible opportunity to present at @Better.SG's Pitch and Demo day, engaging with a dynamic community of passionate individuals in the #techforgood space.
Our mission at Bark Bank is to transform the lives of canines in need, and we're making strides toward that goal. As a non-profit initiative, we're dedicated to creating an online platform that connects dogs requiring blood transfusions with compassionate donors, ultimately establishing a nationwide canine blood registry.
In just one month, we've been humbled by the positive response. The outpouring of potential donor registrations, numerous inquiries, and valuable feedback has been heartening. Currently, we're in close collaboration with veterinary partners, delving into the intricacies of the process and criteria. This collaborative effort is instrumental in shaping a product that not only serves our canine companions but also supports dog owners and veterinary professionals.
